Mission Statement
The Stony Brook Stitchers are members of the Faculty, Staff, Students & Friends of Stony Brook University & Stony Brook University Medical Center. The members volunteer their time, energy, and creativity to create hand-made items for those in Physical, Emotional or Spiritual Need here within the Stony Brook University Community.
Meeting Information
 | Meetings are on hiatus for the summer! We will resume weekly meetings in September. Please keep those needles going in your free time! Currently we are in need of cristening gowns and infant/crib blankets (45"x60") We are always in need of baby items and lap blankets. |

Students, Faculty, Staff and University Volunteers are all welcome to join us! We welcome all levels of experience: experienced crafters or newcomers who would like to learn. Supplies are available at each meeting, or you are welcome to bring your own.
